Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 working days *(sample)*.

Free delivery: orders of 3,000,000 Toman or more ship free by post or courier. The exact cost of every order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Once your order is with the carrier, we send you its tracking code.

Nuts and dried fruit are food. If an item is defective or spoiled, or you received something you did not order, contact support within 7 working days of delivery with photos of the item and the package.

• After review, we send a replacement or refund it, as you choose.
• Returning a defective or wrong item costs you nothing.
• Refunds go to the bank account you give us. Projil will never ask for your card PIN or card details to refund you.

An unopened, intact package may also be returned within 7 working days of delivery, at your own shipping cost. Opened packages, being food, are accepted only when defective.
