Buying from Projil's online shop (projil.ir) means accepting these terms. Seller: Projil, Zahedan.

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time SMS code. Keeping your phone and your codes to yourself is your responsibility.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your address, postal code and phone number. An order is placed once payment succeeds, and its receipt is sent by SMS or e-mail.

All prices are in Toman. The delivery cost and the final total are shown on the checkout page before you pay.

• ⟦version A — no VAT⟧: Prices are final; no tax is added.
• ⟦version B — VAT charged⟧: Product prices exclude VAT. VAT at the legal rate is shown separately at checkout and

added to the total.

Payment is online through the Zibal payment gateway. Projil never receives or stores your card details.

If an item turns out to be unavailable after you pay, we will contact you and either send an alternative or refund it, as you choose.

These terms follow the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including the Electronic Commerce Law and the Consumer Protection Law.
