Rabbi dates from the palm groves of Saravan in Sistan and Baluchestan: long, dark brown and semi-dry, firmer than Mazafati, with a caramel-like taste. A local date from Projil's own region that keeps well outside the fridge.
Keep in a cool, dry place; best within six months of the packing date. With tea, at breakfast, or in a travel bag.
