Akbari pistachios from Rafsanjan: long, large nuts (24–26 per ounce) with naturally split shells and green-to-golden kernels. Closed, empty and blemished nuts are sorted out before roasting, and the pistachios are roasted in brine for a light, even saltiness.
Packed in a three-layer zip pouch. Keep in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and reseal after opening; best within six months of the packing date. Contains pistachios. Packed where other nuts are handled.
