Small, golden, seedless raisins from Malayer, soft, washed and stemless. Sweet with a little tartness: the raisin for polo, keshmesh polo and baking.
Soak in warm water for a few minutes before adding to rice. Packed in a three-layer zip pouch; keep in a cool, dry place. Use within twelve months of the packing date.
