Khoy sunflower seeds

Large, striped sunflower seeds from Khoy, roasted in brine so the shells take a light saltiness while the kernels stay crisp. The seeds are winnowed before roasting to remove empty and small ones.

Packed in a three-layer zip pouch; keep in a cool, dry place and reseal after opening so they stay crisp. Best within six months of the packing date. Packed where other nuts are handled.
